Refund policy

EVCore Studio licenses

• EVCore Studio is sold as a pre-order with beta access: your license starts the day you buy, and you can download and use the current version straight away.
• If Studio is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount you paid. Email support@csharness.com with your order number.
• We refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• Your Studio license ends when the refund is issued.

EVCore hardware

• The EVCore D1 is not on sale yet. Its return and warranty terms will be published here before it goes on sale.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
